  1. Is my payment information secure? The Allmoods store is powered by Shopify, which meets industry standards for data security.  All Shopify stores are certified Level 1 compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.  Shopify is dedicated to providing a secure shopping experience for its customers and keeps its security systems up to date with best practices.
  1. How long does it take for books to arrive? Books are shipped from our inventory free to you using media mail, unless you elect a priority (non-free) shipping method.  Books sent media mail in the continental United States typically arrive in 2-8 business days.  If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, we recommend choosing one of the priority mail options. 
  1. How long does it take for mugs to arrive? Mugs are produced on demand within a commercially reasonable timeframe--typically, 2-3 business days.  Shipping times vary by location, but usually range from 5-10 business days.  Thus, the total time it takes for you to get your mugs is about 7-13 business days.  
  1. Do you ship internationally? Not yet, as we are just beginning our adventure, but keep on buying and we may expand!
  1. Are books and mugs shipped separately? Yes.  This is because we maintain an inventory of the books and want you to get them as quickly as possible, while the mugs are produced on demand.
  1. Are there returns and exchanges for books and mugs? We want you to enjoy your Allmoods experience and are happy to accept returns or exchanges of the Allmoods Cookbook.  Unfortunately, all mug sales are final, as mugs are produced on demand.  Please consult our Returns Policy for more information.
